Great things are happening at RHB/The Agency

We are proud to announce the promotion of Sam Waterson to Executive Vice President and the appointment of Lindsay Hadley as lead designer.

A journalism graduate of Franklin College in Franklin, Indiana, Waterson joined RHB full time in 2001 as an account manager in The Agency’s South Bend office. In 2006, he moved to the Indianapolis office, where he served as an account executive and corporate ethnographer. His new role will include account services work, creative direction and management of RHB’s creative team. He will also be a significant voice in strategic planning and agency management.

Hadley comes to RHB after serving as creative director for an Indianapolis advertising agency. She earned a B.A. in journalism from Franklin College, where she now teaches classes in publication design and graphic design. She also earned an M.F.A in graphic design from Savannah College of Art and Design, where she went on to teach for four years.

We are thrilled to be celebrating these exciting changes at the start of this new year. As we head into our 20th year of helping great causes succeed, we are confident that the fresh perspectives and creative energy generated by these appointments will serve our clients extremely well.
